✅ Handling Returns & Disputes

Sellers are responsible for handling returns, refunds, and customer disputes in accordance with the Buyer Return Policy and applicable laws. MARKETLine360 may intervene only in escalated cases.

If a dispute cannot be resolved between Buyer and Seller, MARKETLine360 may review the case and issue a final decision based on Marketplace Policies.

Yes. In certain situations, the Platform may issue refunds directly to Buyers and adjust Seller balances accordingly.

✅ Fulfillment & Shipping Obligations

Shipping and order fulfillment are handled entirely by Sellers. Sellers are responsible for carriers, delivery timelines, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.

Sellers must address delays, lost shipments, or damaged items and cooperate with dispute resolution if required by the Platform.

Order cancellations are permitted only for valid reasons. Excessive cancellations may negatively affect Seller performance or account status.

✅ Payments, Payouts & Fees

Payouts are issued according to the payout schedule after orders are completed and cleared of disputes, returns, or compliance reviews.

Payouts may be temporarily held due to disputes, chargebacks, verification requirements, or compliance checks.

MARKETLine360 applies a standard 10% commission on completed sales unless otherwise stated in writing.

✅ Data Use & Compliance

Sellers receive limited customer and order data strictly for fulfillment and customer service purposes through the Seller Dashboard.

No. Using customer data for marketing or external communication is prohibited and may result in enforcement actions.

 

Misuse of customer data is considered a serious policy violation and may lead to payout holds, suspension, or account termination.

✅ Seller-Funded vs Platform Promotions

All Seller-funded discounts and promotions are offered entirely at the Seller’s expense.

 

No. Platform commissions are calculated on the final transaction price, including discounted sales.

No. Participation in platform-funded promotions is optional unless explicitly stated otherwise.
