🛒 Marketplace Model & Seller Responsibility
MARKETLine360 operates as an online marketplace where independent third-party Sellers list and sell products directly to buyers.
Sellers are responsible for:
- product accuracy and listing descriptions
- order fulfillment and shipping
- handling returns and post-sale support in accordance with applicable policies
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MARKETLine360 is not the seller of record and does not manufacture, store, or ship marketplace products.
💬 Contacting the Seller First
If you experience an issue with your order (such as a delay, missing item, or incorrect product), you should first contact the Seller using the communication tools available through your order page.
Most issues can be resolved directly between buyer and Seller without escalation.
⚠️ When to Open a Dispute
You may open a dispute if:
- the Seller does not respond within a reasonable time
- the issue cannot be resolved directly
- the item is significantly different from its description
- the item is not delivered after a reasonable waiting period
Disputes should be submitted promptly after the issue is identified.
📂 How the Dispute Process Works
When a dispute is opened:
- You submit details and relevant information about the issue
- The Seller is notified and given an opportunity to respond
- The case may be reviewed based on available evidence
You may be asked to provide supporting documentation, including:
- order confirmation
- photos of the item
- tracking information
- communication history
Failure to provide requested information may affect dispute resolution.
