General Terms

Gift cards are valid for use exclusively on marketline360.com.
Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
If your purchase exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using any accepted payment method.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered cards will not be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.
Cards may not be resold, reassigned, or used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, or sweepstakes.

Redemption & Use

Gift cards can be used for full or partial purchases. The total purchase amount, including taxes and shipping, will be deducted from the card’s available balance.
If the card does not cover the full amount, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Remaining balances are automatically saved to your account and cannot be transferred to others.

Purchasing or using a gift card constitutes your agreement to these terms and all applicable conditions.
MARKETLine360 reserves the right to suspend or cancel gift cards that were obtained fraudulently or used in violation of the terms.
Gift cards obtained from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms may be voided at our discretion.
The buyer assumes responsibility for the card once it has been electronically delivered.
MARKETLine360 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Revised terms will apply to gift cards purchased after updates are published on our website.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed without affecting the rest of the agreement. These terms represent the full and final agreement between you and MARKETLine360 regarding the use of gift cards.
