Product Listings & Compliance
The Listing & Content Control Policy is the governing document for all listing standards, content requirements, review procedures, and enforcement actions.
In case of conflict, that Policy prevails.
Non-compliance may result in listing restrictions, content removal, payout holds, suspension, or termination under the Seller Agreement.
Creating Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for creating accurate, complete, and lawful product listings.
Each listing must clearly and truthfully represent the product offered for sale.
When creating a product listing, Sellers must ensure that:
- product titles accurately describe the item
- descriptions are clear, complete, and not misleading
- prices, variations, and availability are correct
- images accurately reflect the actual product
- all required attributes and specifications are provided
Listings must not contain false claims, deceptive language, or omitted material information.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance
All listed products must comply with:
- consumer protection laws
- product safety and labeling regulations
- intellectual property laws
- import/export and customs requirements
- Marketplace Policies and the Seller Agreement
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring their products are legal and compliant in all regions where they are sold or shipped.
Prohibited & Restricted Products
Sellers must not list, sell, or offer products that are:
- illegal or unlawful
- unsafe or non-compliant
- counterfeit or unauthorized
- infringing on intellectual property rights
- restricted under applicable law or Platform policies
MARKETLine360 reserves the right to remove listings, restrict visibility, or apply enforcement actions at its sole discretion and in accordance with Marketplace Policies.
Product Content & Images
All images and content must:
- be owned or properly licensed
- accurately represent the product
- not contain misleading visuals or unauthorized trademarks
- comply with intellectual property and content standards
Sellers remain fully responsible for all Seller Content.
Pricing, Availability & Updates
Sellers must:
- maintain accurate pricing and inventory
- ensure product availability for fulfillment
- promptly update listings for changes in price, specifications, shipping timelines, or return eligibility
Pricing must be transparent and must not include hidden or misleading charges.
Listing Updates & Maintenance
Sellers must promptly update listings to reflect changes in:
- price
- availability
- product specifications
- shipping timelines
- return eligibility
Outdated or inaccurate listings may result in customer disputes, enforcement actions, or removal.
Intellectual Property Responsibility
Sellers represent and warrant that all Seller Content:
- does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
- is lawfully owned or licensed for use
MARKETLine360 may remove allegedly infringing content upon notice and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
Listing Review & Enforcement
MARKETLine360 may review listings at any time.
Enforcement actions may include:
- listing removal
- reduced visibility
- category restrictions
- account suspension or termination
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, rights holders, or the Platform.
Best Practices for Sellers
To maintain strong performance and visibility, Sellers are encouraged to:
- keep listings accurate and up to date
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- comply with all marketplace rules
- avoid misleading or aggressive sales tactics
High-quality listings help build trust and improve marketplace integrity.
