This section explains how commissions are applied on MARKETLine360 and how discounts and promotions work.

Platform Commission
MARKETLine360 charges a 10% commission on completed sales made through the Platform, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
The commission is calculated based on the final transaction price paid by the Buyer, excluding applicable sales taxes collected and remitted by MARKETLine360 as a marketplace facilitator, where required by law.
The platform commission covers access to the marketplace, platform infrastructure, Seller tools, payment processing facilitation, dispute handling, and marketplace operations.
When Commissions Apply
Commissions apply only when:
- an order is successfully completed, and
- payment has been confirmed through the Platform.
No commission is charged for:
- cancelled orders that are not completed, or
- fully refunded transactions, subject to chargeback and dispute outcomes.
MARKETLine360 may recover commissions, fees, or related costs arising from chargebacks, disputes, fraud, or Seller non-compliance, as permitted under the Seller Agreement.
Seller-Funded Discounts and Promotions
Sellers may choose to offer discounts, coupons, or promotions on their products, including:
- price reductions,
- coupons or promo codes,
- sales or special offers,
- Seller-initiated marketing campaigns.
All Seller-funded promotions are offered entirely at the Seller’s expense.
The platform commission is calculated based on the discounted price paid by the Buyer.
MARKETLine360 does not reduce, subsidize, or waive its commission as a result of Seller-funded promotions.
Participation in promotions is optional unless explicitly required by Marketplace Policies.
Platform-Funded Promotions & Gift Cards
MARKETLine360 may, at its discretion, offer platform-funded promotions, incentives, or gift cards to Buyers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:
- platform-funded promotions do not reduce Seller payouts, and
- do not create any obligation for MARKETLine360 to continue, repeat, or subsidize promotional activity.
MARKETLine360 retains full discretion over the eligibility, scope, duration, and conditions of any platform-funded promotion.
Fees Transparency
All applicable commissions and deductions are visible to Sellers through the Seller Dashboard.
Sellers are responsible for reviewing payout statements and transaction summaries to understand how commissions and adjustments are applied.
Changes to Commission Structure (Future-Ready)
MARKETLine360 reserves the right to modify its commission structure in the future, subject to applicable law.
This may include:
- category-based commissions,
- product-based commissions,
- Seller-tier-based or performance-based adjustments,
- promotional or limited-time commission programs.
Any material changes will be communicated to Sellers through the Platform, Seller Dashboard, or official notices prior to taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fee structure.
Important Notes for Sellers
- Commissions are independent of Seller costs, margins, or business expenses.
- Platform commissions do not guarantee sales volume, profitability, or marketing exposure.
- Sellers remain responsible for returns, refunds, chargebacks, and customer service obligations as outlined in the Seller Agreement.
- Fees and commissions are automatically deducted from Seller earnings.
- Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of applicable fees and payout processes.
