Who Can Become a Seller

MARKETLine360 allows individuals and legal entities to apply as Sellers, subject to review and approval.
To be eligible, you must:

  • be legally permitted to sell the products you offer
  • provide accurate and complete registration information
  • comply with all applicable laws, Marketplace Policies, and Seller Agreement
  • operate as an independent Seller conducting your own business activities

MARKETLine360 reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke Seller accounts at its sole discretion.

Seller Registration Process

To register as a Seller:

  1. Submit a Seller application through the Platform
  2. Provide required business, identity, and contact information
  3. Agree to the Seller Agreement and Marketplace Policies
  4. Complete any requested verification steps

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Access to Seller features is granted only after successful review.

Account Approval & Verification

Seller accounts may be subject to verification at onboarding or at any time thereafter as reasonably required.
Verification may include:

  • identity verification
  • business or tax information
  • compliance checks
  • payment or payout eligibility review

Failure to complete required verification may result in delayed payouts, account restrictions, or suspension.

Seller Dashboard Overview

Once approved, Sellers gain access to the Seller Dashboard, where they can:

  • manage product listings
  • view and process orders
  • track payouts and balances
  • respond to disputes or platform requests
  • update account and business information

Sellers are responsible for all actions taken through their Seller account and must keep login credentials secure and confidential.

First Product Listing Checklist

Before publishing your first product, ensure that:

  • product titles and descriptions are accurate and not misleading
  • pricing, availability, and inventory are correct
  • product images clearly represent the item offered
  • all legal, safety, and labeling requirements are met
  • the product is not prohibited or restricted

Listings that violate Platform rules may be removed or restricted in accordance with Marketplace Policies.

Seller Responsibilities Overview

As a Seller on MARKETLine360, you are responsible for:

  • product quality, safety, and compliance
  • accurate listings and pricing
  • order fulfillment and shipping
  • customer service, returns, refunds, and warranties
  • handling disputes and chargebacks
  • compliance with tax and legal obligations

MARKETLine360 operates as a marketplace platform and does not assume Seller obligations unless required by law.

Common Onboarding Issues

During onboarding, Sellers may experience delays due to:

  • incomplete or inaccurate application information
  • pending verification or compliance checks
  • restricted product categories
  • payment or payout setup issues
