💳 Accepted Payment Methods
MARKETLine360 facilitates secure checkout through supported third-party payment providers, including major credit cards and digital payment options (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available).
You must use an acceptable payment method and keep your payment details accurate and current.
🧾 Billing & Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive confirmation details. Your billing total may include:
- item price(s)
- shipping fees
- applicable taxes
- duties or import fees (if applicable)
✅ Payment Verification & Order Holds
To prevent fraud and protect marketplace safety, some orders may require additional verification before processing.
Orders may be cancelled by the applicable Seller or by MARKETLine360 where permitted under applicable policies, including due to:
- limited availability
- pricing or listing errors
- payment issues
- fraud or risk signals
If additional verification is required or an order is cancelled, you will be notified using the contact details provided at checkout.
🧮 Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law, including GST, HST, PST, or other sales taxes.
Buyers remain responsible for any additional duties, customs fees, import charges, or regulatory costs that are not included at checkout. These charges depend on the shipping destination, local regulations, and the type of product purchased.
Sellers may be located outside your country. MARKETLine360 does not act as the importer of record unless explicitly stated otherwise.
🔁 Refunds & Charge Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the applicable Return Policy and after any required inspection or verification.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where required under the Return Policy or applicable law.
- Refund processing may begin only after the returned item is received and reviewed (where applicable).
- Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment method, financial institution, and the circumstances of the return.
🎟️ Coupons, Discounts & Refunds
If a coupon was used:
- refunds reflect the discounted price paid
- used coupons are not reissued unless the item is proven faulty or misrepresented
- if a coupon required a minimum order amount and a return drops the total below the threshold, the discount may be reversed
Coupons must be applied during checkout and cannot be added afterward.
🎁 Gift Cards: Use, Balance & Refunds
Gift cards issued by MARKETLine360:
- are valid for use exclusively on marketline360.com
- are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law
- are valid for the period stated at issuance, subject to applicable law
- may be used for full or partial purchases, including applicable taxes and shipping charges
If a return is approved and part of the purchase was paid using a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card balance (up to the amount applied).
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaceable unless required by applicable law.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any part of a listing is inaccurate.
