When a Buyer purchases a Seller’s product, relevant order data (such as buyer name, shipping address, contact details, and order notes) is shared with the Seller solely to fulfill the transaction.
Sellers are contractually required to use buyer data only for order-related purposes and in accordance with marketplace rules and applicable law.
Sellers are independent data controllers with respect to customer data they receive through the Platform and are solely responsible for their compliance with applicable data protection laws.
