Returning Items

If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Products must be in original condition — unopened, unused, and suitable for resale.

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or digital access limitations. Please refer to the list below for exclusions.

How to Make a Return

To request a return or report a problem with your order, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit Your Return or Issue Request

Complete our online Return Request Form. Select the option “Item was defective or damaged upon arrival” if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Step 2: Upload Required Photos

For damaged or defective items, prepare these images before submitting:

  • Entire item (outside the box, if safe)
  • Close-ups of the damage or defect
  • Original packaging (if available)

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation

We review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we’ll email return instructions. Full inspection after receiving your item may take up to 14 business days.

Step 4: Pack and Ship Your Item

Use original or similar protective packaging. Include all manuals, labels, and accessories. You’re responsible for safe return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Special Cases

  • Open Box or Clearance Items: Return requests are accepted, but solutions may be limited.
  • No Return Required: If no return instructions are given, you may dispose of or donate the item.

Items We Cannot Accept for Returns

  • Personal care and hygiene items (e.g. underwear, face masks, swimwear)
  • Used health & beauty items (e.g. makeup, skincare, perfumes)
  • Opened electronics, VR gear, or software with broken seals
  • Mobile phones or smartwatches once used or activated
  • Consumables (e.g. food, beverages, opened supplements, printer ink)
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or activation codes
  • Media items (e.g. opened DVDs, CDs, vinyl, games)
  • Used appliances or tools with visible signs of wear
  • Clothing returned without tags or signs of use
  • Seasonal or holiday items after the season ends
  • Gift cards, store credit, or promotional coupons

Other Restrictions

  • Oversized items (over 25 kg or 0.125 m³) may not be eligible due to logistics limitations
  • Hazardous or perishable goods are not returnable
  • Customized or personalized items unless faulty
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not returnable

Important Note

While the above items cannot be returned due to change of mind, they are still covered by the Consumer Product Safety Act if they are faulty or unsafe.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Notify us immediately, and no later than:

  • 30 days after delivery for regular orders
  • 3 days for Full Service Delivery items

We may require:

  • Photos of damage or defects
  • Return of the item (if requested)

Based on issue severity:

  • Minor defect: We’ll send a replacement at no cost
  • Major defect: You may choose refund or replacement
  • Wrong item: We’ll correct it or offer full resolution

Note: If we request a return and don’t receive the item, your refund may be reversed or a charge applied.

Damage from misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear is not covered.

Return Shipping & Refund Conditions

  • Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind purchases
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We cover return shipping for incorrect or faulty items
  • Duties, taxes, or customs fees are not refunded

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Any used discounts will be adjusted accordingly. We do not refund:

  • Shipping or return costs unless item is faulty
  • Products returned in damaged or used condition
  • Returns submitted without prior authorization

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Timeframe Conditions

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • We may reject returns received after 30 days
  • Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging and labels
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused

Your Consumer Rights

We comply with the Canadian consumer protection legislation. You're entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty or not as described.
