🔄 Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item may be opened for reasonable inspection, provided it remains suitable for resale
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included
- The item must show no signs of installation, activation, alteration, or excessive handling
Certain items (such as hygiene products, digital goods, personalized items, final sale products, and others) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
📝 How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Submit the Return Request Form
- Select the appropriate reason
- Upload photos if required
- Wait for return authorization
Return requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
Approval is required before shipping the item back.
Once approved, the item must be shipped within 7 calendar days unless otherwise instructed.
📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within:
- 30 days for standard orders
- 3 days for Full Service Delivery items
Depending on the situation, resolution may include:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Order correction
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear is not covered.

- Buyers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns
- Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items is handled according to policy
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable
- Duties and customs fees are non-refundable

💳 Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Refunds may be reduced if:
- The item shows use beyond reasonable inspection

Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
🎟️ Coupons & Discounts
If a coupon was used:
- Refunds reflect the discounted price paid
- Coupons are not reissued unless required by law
- Discounts may be adjusted if the return changes order eligibility
🎁 Gift Cards & Refunds
Gift cards:
- Are non-refundable (except where required by law)
- May be refunded back to the gift card balance if used in the purchase
🔁 Exchanges
MARKETLine360 does not process direct exchanges.
If eligible, return the item and place a new order.
⚖ Fair Use of Returns
To maintain marketplace integrity, return activity may be reviewed.
We may limit or refuse returns in cases of misuse, including:
- Repeated excessive returns
- Returning items inconsistent with inspection standards
- Providing misleading information
