MARKETLine360 operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Products listed on the Platform are sold and fulfilled by independent third-party Sellers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MARKETLine360 does not directly warehouse, package, or ship products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined in this policy.
Seller Responsibility for Fulfillment
Each Seller is solely responsible for:
- processing and preparing orders for shipment
- selecting shipping carriers and methods
- providing accurate shipping time estimates
- packaging products appropriately
- providing tracking information (where available)
complying with applicable shipping regulations
MARKETLine360 facilitates the transaction but is not the carrier or fulfillment agent unless expressly stated.
Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the period between payment confirmation and shipment dispatch.
Processing times:
- are determined individually by each Seller
- are displayed on the product page where applicable
- generally range between 1–5 business days unless otherwise specified
Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders may be delayed due to:
- high order volume
- inventory discrepancies
- verification procedures
- force majeure events
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Sellers may use domestic or international carriers, including but not limited to:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- FedEx
- Purolator
- USPS
- DHL
- other regional or international courier services
Carrier selection is at the Seller’s discretion unless otherwise stated.
Shipping availability depends on destination, product type, and regulatory restrictions.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Typical transit estimates:
- Canada: 2–10 business days
- United States: 5–14 business days
- International: 7–30+ business days
Delivery times may vary due to:
- customs clearance
- carrier delays
- weather events
- labor disruptions
- high seasonal demand
- geopolitical events
- force majeure circumstances
MARKETLine360 and Sellers are not liable for delivery delays outside reasonable control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination
- shipping method
- product weight and dimensions
- number of Sellers in the order
Orders containing products from multiple Sellers may incur separate shipping charges.
All shipping fees are disclosed before final order confirmation.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Obligations
Buyers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
MARKETLine360 and Sellers are not responsible for:
- delays caused by incorrect addresses
- lost packages due to incomplete information
- returned shipments due to delivery refusal
- unclaimed packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection:
- additional shipping fees may apply
- refunds may exclude original shipping costs
Tracking and Proof of Delivery
Where available, tracking numbers will be provided once an order is dispatched.
Delivery confirmation by the carrier constitutes proof of delivery.
MARKETLine360 and Sellers are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If package theft is suspected after confirmed delivery, the Buyer must contact the carrier directly and may file a claim.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If an item is lost or arrives damaged:
- the Buyer must notify the Seller through the Platform within a reasonable time (typically within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date)
- photographic evidence may be required
- the Seller may initiate a carrier investigation or claim
Resolutions may include:
- replacement shipment
- refund
- partial refund
- other appropriate remedy in accordance with Marketplace policies
MARKETLine360 may assist in dispute mediation but is not the carrier and does not guarantee carrier performance.
Split Shipments
Orders containing products from multiple Sellers may be shipped separately.
Each Seller is responsible for their respective shipment.
Separate tracking numbers may be issued.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders:
- Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any related governmental charges
- these charges are not included in product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated
- refusal to pay customs fees may result in returned shipment
In such cases:
- original shipping fees are non-refundable
- additional fees may apply
MARKETLine360 and Sellers are not responsible for customs delays.
Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Buyer upon:
- delivery to the shipping carrier, or
- confirmed delivery by the carrier (depending on applicable law and Seller terms)
MARKETLine360 is not liable for losses occurring after shipment dispatch unless otherwise required by law.
Restricted or Regulated Items
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on:
- destination country laws
- hazardous materials regulations
- carrier limitations
Buyers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted in their jurisdiction.
Orders violating shipping regulations may be cancelled.
Force Majeure
Neither MARKETLine360 nor Sellers shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters
- pandemics
- war or civil unrest
- government actions
- transportation interruptions
- labor strikes
- utility failures
Shipping Disputes
Buyers should first contact the Seller directly via the order page.
If resolution cannot be reached, Buyers may escalate the issue to MARKETLine360 Support.
All disputes are handled in accordance with the Terms of Use and Return Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MARKETLine360 is not liable for carrier delays
- MARKETLine360 is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- MARKETLine360 is not responsible for customs clearance processes
- liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product in question
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Policy Updates
MARKETLine360 reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in marketplace operations, legal requirements, or shipping practices.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
