Product Listings and Availability
MARKETLine360 strives to provide accurate product information. However, product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, shipping estimates, and other content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
MARKETLine360 reserves the right to correct information, update listings, or cancel orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
If a product becomes unavailable, the applicable Seller may offer an alternative product or allow cancellation in accordance with applicable policies.
Marketplace Sellers
MARKETLine360 operates as a marketplace platform where independent third-party Sellers list and sell products.
Sellers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of MARKETLine360. Sellers are solely responsible for their products, listings, pricing, descriptions, fulfillment, warranties, customer service, and compliance with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, product safety, labeling, intellectual property, and import/export regulations.
MARKETLine360 provides technical tools to facilitate marketplace transactions but does not control Seller conduct or Seller-provided content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARKETLine360 disclaims liability for Seller actions or omissions.
Sellers are governed by a separate Seller Agreement which sets out their obligations, compliance standards, and enforcement framework.
Prohibited Product Categories
The Platform does not permit the listing or sale of food products, beverages, perishable goods, dietary supplements, edible or ingestible products, or any consumable goods intended for human or animal consumption unless expressly authorized in writing by MARKETLine360.
MARKETLine360 is not licensed to distribute, warehouse, or facilitate the sale of regulated food or consumable products. Any attempt to list such products without prior written authorization may result in immediate listing removal, account restriction, or termination.
Platform Role and Seller Responsibility
MARKETLine360 does not act as an agent, broker, reseller, distributor, or representative of Sellers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MARKETLine360 acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not the seller of record for products listed by Sellers.
Sellers are solely responsible for transactions with Buyers, including product quality, safety, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, and legal compliance.
MARKETLine360 does not assume responsibility or liability for Seller products or Buyer–Seller transactions, except where required by applicable law.
Orders, Payments, and Billing
Orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by the applicable Seller. MARKETLine360 does not guarantee that any order will be accepted, fulfilled, or completed.
Payments for orders are processed through third-party payment providers. MARKETLine360 does not store full payment card details or sensitive payment credentials.
By submitting an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and purchase information, including name, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, and other charges.
Prices, product availability, fees, taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, and other charges may change at any time without notice and may not be included unless explicitly stated at checkout.
MARKETLine360 does not determine or control Seller pricing or shipping fees and is not responsible for errors arising from Seller-provided information, except where required by applicable law. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by MARKETLine360 in accordance with marketplace facilitator obligations.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Payments may be subject to disputes, chargebacks, or reversals in accordance with the rules and procedures of the applicable payment provider.
MARKETLine360 does not control or guarantee the outcome of chargeback or dispute processes handled by third-party payment providers, and decisions made by such providers may be final.
During the investigation of a payment dispute, chargeback, suspected fraud, or related issue, MARKETLine360 may take reasonable protective measures, including restricting account access, delaying transactions, or suspending platform features, as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection or payment services laws.
Account Registration, Suspension, and Termination
Certain features of the Platform may require users to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must promptly notify MARKETLine360 of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
MARKETLine360 may suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts, or limit access to Platform features, at its sole discretion, including where there is suspected fraud, misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, applicable policies, or applicable law.
Where reasonably possible, MARKETLine360 may provide notice of suspension or termination. However, immediate action may be taken without prior notice where required to protect users, Sellers, the Platform, payment systems, or legal compliance.
Account suspension or termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to such action, including payment obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement rights.
Taxes and Customs
Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by MARKETLine360 at checkout where required by law as a marketplace facilitator. Such tax collection does not make MARKETLine360 the seller of record.
Buyers remain responsible for any applicable duties, customs fees, import charges, and regulatory charges associated with their purchases.
Sellers may be located outside the Buyer’s country. MARKETLine360 does not act as the importer of record unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping and Delivery
MARKETLine360 does not directly ship or deliver products unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Shipping, delivery, handling, and fulfillment are the sole responsibility of the applicable Seller. Delivery terms, shipping timelines, and fulfillment responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
Sellers determine shipping terms, carriers, delivery methods, and compliance with shipping regulations.
Delivery estimates and tracking information are provided by Sellers or shipping carriers and are estimates only. MARKETLine360 does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, customs clearance issues, or carrier performance.
MARKETLine360 may provide technical tools to facilitate shipping or tracking, but such tools do not transfer fulfillment responsibility to MARKETLine360.
Shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the Seller, subject to applicable laws.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed exclusively by the Return Policy.
Return Policy: https://marketline360.com/return-policy/
Returns are processed in connection with the applicable Seller. Physical return of products is handled by the Seller, and returned items are sent to the Seller or Seller-designated address unless explicitly stated otherwise. MARKETLine360 facilitates the return process as a marketplace platform but does not take possession of returned items unless explicitly stated.
Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval. Return requests are subject to review, inspection, and eligibility verification in accordance with the Return Policy.
Claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within the timeframes specified in the Return Policy. Claims submitted outside these timeframes may be refused.
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return, as outlined in the Return Policy. Buyers are generally responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns, while return shipping for faulty or incorrect items may be covered by the Seller.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in the Return Policy, following inspection and verification. Refund amounts may be adjusted to account for discounts, promotions, or item condition.
Unauthorized or late returns may be refused or returned to the sender without refund.
Certain products may be excluded from returns or refunds, including but not limited to digital goods, downloadable content, activated electronics, hygiene-related products, hazardous or oversized items, customized products, or items marked as final sale, as specified in the Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights provided under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
Ownership Transfer
Ownership of products transfers from the Seller to the Buyer in accordance with the Seller’s fulfillment process and applicable laws.
MARKETLine360 does not take title to Seller products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The website, marketplace services, and products offered through MARKETLine360 are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
